are members of the Australian Market and Social Research Society (AMSRS). These bodies audit
quality and scrutinize ethical practices of members.

UMR Research was accredited by the Interviewer Quality Control Scheme (IQCA closed during 2005).
We have continued to maintain the same processes and systems developed by IQCA which are now documented as part of ASA 4752.
